A majority of our items are either 100% cotton, 100% polyester or a Cotton/Polyester blend. We label all of our clothing with the clothing material and it can also be found on the product description. Please check the product description on each item to know what fabric your desired item is made from.
All Love Iguehi clothing and apparel are designed and hand sewn in Oakland, CA.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are FINAL SALE.
To request a return please follow this two step process:

All returns are subject to a return shipping fee, paid for by the buyer. Shipping costs are refunded if there has been an error with the order. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.
If your original invoice/receipt is lost, print out your shipping confirmation and send with the return package.
You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received, processed or denied by us.
All refunds will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Since many of our pieces are handmade in small batches, we do not process exchanges as there is no guarantee that we will have the desired size when the return is received. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit to use towards a purchase of your choice.

If you qualify for a return, please follow the return process and we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s). We invite you to re-order the desired size/color (subject to availability at the time) from the site as all our stock and inventory are managed online. We advise you re-order immediately so you don’t miss out on ordering the right size or color!
Love Iguehi is happy to process returns and issue refunds as long as ALL of the following apply:
- Returns are initiated within 14 days of delivery (returning package must be postmarked).
- The merchandise must be returned in their original condition; along with the original tags and packaging.
- Merchandise is returned in their original, salable condition- Items will be inspected upon return- items can not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- The merchandise purchased was not discounted or on sale. (Discounted merchandise may not be returned and no store credit will be provided.)
Once your order is processed and shipped, a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier. We will update your order with the tracking information and you should be notified with this information via text or email.
From our homepage please select the Chat with Us icon at the bottom of the page. You will see an option to Track My Order. Please be sure to have the email you used and the the order number you received in your confirmation email.
We typically ship USPS, either Priority Mail or First Class Mail or via UPS. Domestically, shipping time is approximately 2-5 business days to reach the destination. Internationally, shipping time is approximately 6-28 business days to reach the destination.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is approximate and based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, shipping costs will be shown, and you will have a chance to decline or continue with the completion of your order.
Please remember to double check that the shipping address is correct.
Love Iguehi is NOT responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. If the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.

Yes! We do ship internationally. Additional charges and duties may apply for international orders.
Most all of our orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). On occasion, we may ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).
We aim to ship all orders within three to five business days of the order being. During our busier launches and restocks, we may need up to seven business days to ship your order. Custom orders take up to 3 weeks to create and ship.
- Please check your order shipping confirmation email to track your order while it’s in transit. If your tracking information has not been updated, please contact your shipping provider, we have the same information as you once your order has been received by the shipping provider.
