Order Processing and Turnaround

Our goal is to ship orders in 2-3 business days. Some orders are shipped on the same day they are ordered. In some cases, it may take as much as 5-7 business days to ship an order because we're hand making it in Oakland. For custom orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for an item to be created and and shipped. 

Carriers

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is approximate and based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, shipping costs will be shown, and you will have a chance to decline or continue with the completion of your order. ALSO, please double check that the shipping address is correct. 

Love Iguehi is NOT responsible for packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. If the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) or UPS (https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page) to file a claim.
